Located just besides the metro station, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city and accessing various attractions. The rooms are spacious and have large, comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff, while limited in English, are polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.
All in all, everything was ok and met my expectations.

The hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Not able to provide places of good food when asked. Even borrowing an umbrella needed a deposit. It should be a kind gesture on the hotel side.

The room was large enough, the beds were comfortable and internet connection was quick.
It didn't seem to be clean to me, there wasn't soap in the restrooms of the hotel, and also towels weren't clean too. When we are leaving the hotel in the evening, the staff didn't even call a taxi for us. We had to get out and wait near the road and it was really hard to take a taxi.

The only good thing is the location of FX Guan Qian Suzhou hotel. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
The hotel looks scarely when first step in. Lightings very dim. Not much people around, only a 2 staff at the lobby. A lot of contruction around the area.

Very good location. Lots of restaurants and shops are in walking distance.
Some guests might be disturbed by the noise caused by refurbishment work, esp. In daytime.

The rooms are perfect, very clean, nice, modern and big enough. The location is very good, just one block from all the commercial area. During night this area is great, with a lot of places to have dinner, a lot of lights and people !! Besides the hotel is a bit far away from the tourist garden area, it's not a problem. We went walking without any issue or you can take a taxi that are not expensive.
Receptionists talk very little english. They aren't very polite. We had to go to the street to get a taxi to the train station, the hotel didn't get one for us. But this is something that we faced all over China, it seems that hotels of this category are not used to have taxi services phone numbers.

Well situated as it is within walking distance of the shopping area of the town.
The breakfast offered was very local Chinese and certainly did not appeal to International tourists! Very disappointing! No juice, no coffee, no bacon and eggs, just local Chinese food.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with large comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and tried their best to assist me, even though their English skills were limited. Additionally, there are plenty of options for food in the surrounding area, making it convenient for budget-conscious travelers.
Everything was in good order, no complaints.
